TAKE NOTICE that the New Jersey Conservation Foundation has filed a request with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection proposing to transfer ownership of parkland from the New Jersey Conservation Foundation to the Pinelands Preservation Alliance. The parkland to be transferred is known as Rancocas Cranberry Company 2; Block 1702, Lot 30; Block 3601, Lot 1; Ongs Hat Road, Southampton NJ, consists of 185.48 acres and is subject to Green Acres restrictions. The Green Acres restrictions on the parkland will be transferred with the parkland and will run with the property in perpetuity.
