Welcome, new trustees

Bradley M. Campbell


Bradley M. Campbell became a Trustee in April. Brad recently completed a four-year term as Commissioner of the N. J. Department of Environmental Protection, during which he successfully led major initiatives to protect water resources and reshape development. He is a nationally recognized environmental leader and is now with the law firm of Wolff & Samson. Brad previously served as regional administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Mid-Atlantic region, where he was responsible for implementing and enforcing federal environmental laws. He was an associate director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality, where he helped the Clinton Administration's initiatives on brownfields, Superfund reform, clean water, community right-to-know and a host of other regulatory and regulatory reform issues. He clerked for the Honorable Carl McGowan of the United States Court of Appeals and Thomas A. Flannery of the United States District Court. Campbell received a B.A. from Amherst College and J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Betsy Schnorr


Betsy Schnorr became a Trustee in April. Betsy has been active in conservation for many years. NJCF staff worked closely with Betsy through Save the Environment of Moorestown, where she has been a Board member for over 25 years. Betsy chairs NJCF's Pine Barrens Advisory Group. She has been a real estate agent for over 25 years and is currently with B.T. Edgar and Son in Burlington County. Betsy is a former teacher and a founding member of the Moorestown Open Space Committee. She has been a fundraiser for seven years with Woodford Cedar Run in Medford. Betsy received a M.Ed. from Rutgers University and B.S. from State University of New York—College at New Paltz.
