Kroll, Ph.D., Project Manager, Camden
2006. Peter is responsible for NJCF’s efforts in land
acquisition and conservation in the city of Camden, in support
of the Camden Greenways initiative. He has served on the Camden
County Environmental Commission since its inception in 1991
(including terms as Vice Chair and Chair) and has chaired
the Haddon Township Environmental Commission since it was
created in 2002. He has also served on the Board of Trustees
and the Advisory Council of the Association of New Jersey
Environmental Commissions, and co-chaired Save Open Space
for Camden County. Before joining NJCF, Peter served as a
research analyst at the Johns Hopkins Center for Metropolitan
Planning & Research and its Institute for Policy Studies;
independent consultant; systems support analyst at Unisys;
and government and university services engagement manager
and research analyst at CHI Research (later ipIQ). He received
a BA in Mathematical Sciences from Johns Hopkins University,
and a MSEng and PhD from Johns Hopkins in Geography &
Environmental Engineering in its program of Systems Analysis
& Economics for Public Decision Making. He resides in
Haddon Township, Camden County.
