New Jersey Conservation Foundation (www.njconservation.org), one of the nation’s premier land conservation non-profits, seeks a Development Director responsible for planning and implementing a full development program: planned giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation support, membership, government grants and special events.

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to manage staff, ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-orientated environment, and a commitment to the environment. College degree required.
