Founder of The Public Private Strategy Group in Montclair; formerly, investment banker raising capital for state and local governments; 7 years in public service under Governor Byrne, as Commissioner of Transportation, Cabinet Secretary to the Governor and Commissioner of Human Services. Member of New Jersey Policy Perspective, the Community Planning and Advocacy Council of Camden County, Independence: A Family of Services in Newark; appointed to New Jersey Economic Development Authority in 2004.
