Former Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP); regional administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Mid-Atlantic region; associate director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality; and clerked for the Honorable Carl McGowan of the United States Court of Appeals and Thomas A.
